How do I get started with ProEdits.net?
Simply book a free 30-minute strategy call using the button on our website. In that call, we'll learn about your business, your goals, and what you've tried before. If we're a fit, we'll present a custom content engine proposal — no pressure, no hard sell.
What happens during the free strategy call?
The strategy call is a genuine diagnostic — not a sales pitch. We ask about your business model, current content efforts, target audience, and revenue goals. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear framework for what a content engine would look like for your specific situation, whether you work with us or not.
How quickly can we get started after I sign?
Onboarding is fast. Your content calendar, strategy brief, and first script batch are delivered within 7 business days of signing. First published content goes live within 14 days of signing.
Do I need any existing content or social presence to start?
No. Many of our partners start with zero followers, zero posts, and a dormant profile. We build everything from the ground up — strategy, profile optimization, content, and publishing systems.
What industries do you work with?

Do you offer a trial period?
We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the content strategy and deliverables within the first 30 days, we'll make it right or issue a prorated refund.
Can I see examples of your work before booking?
Yes. We have case studies on our website showing real results across multiple industries. On your strategy call, we can also walk you through examples specific to your niche. We don't publish client social handles without permission, but we can show you anonymized analytics dashboards.
What's the minimum commitment?
Our minimum engagement is 3 months. Content growth requires consistency to compound — one month of content rarely produces the results that 90 days does. After month 3, engagements transition to month-to-month with 30-day written notice required to cancel.

What exactly is included each month?
Every month includes: a 365-day rolling content calendar (updated monthly), 20+ platform-native videos (scripted, produced, captioned, published), 4–8 SEO blog articles (for clients who include written content), monthly social SEO optimization, and a performance dashboard report. CRM and funnel services are add-ons.
How many videos do I get per month?
Our standard package delivers 20+ videos per month. These are exported in multiple formats: vertical (9:16) for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, square (1:1) for Instagram Feed, and horizontal (16:9) for YouTube if applicable. A single recording session each month produces all 20+ pieces.
How much of my time is required each month?
Approximately 60–90 minutes per month. This is your recording session. We deliver teleprompter-ready scripts in advance. You record from your phone or any camera. We handle everything else — editing, captions, sound design, publishing, and optimization.
Do you write the scripts, or do I?
We write all scripts. Our team researches your niche, identifies trending topics and viral hook patterns, and delivers fully written, teleprompter-ready scripts before your recording session. You review and can request revisions — we typically need 1 round of feedback at most.
What platforms do you publish on?
We publish across TikTok, Instagram (Reels + Feed), YouTube (Shorts + Long-form), and LinkedIn as standard. Facebook and X (Twitter) are available as add-ons. We recommend a 2–3 platform focus to start, then expand as the content engine matures.
Can I request specific content topics?
Absolutely. You'll have a shared content calendar in Notion or Google Sheets where you can add topic requests, highlight seasonal campaigns, and provide feedback. Your content strategist reviews these weekly. We always balance your requests with data-driven topic selection.
Do you manage posting and scheduling?
Yes. We handle all scheduling and posting. Every piece is published at the optimal time for your primary platform based on audience activity data. You receive a publishing schedule in advance so you know exactly when your content goes live.
What's included in the SEO blog service?
Each article includes: keyword research, competitor analysis, structured outline, full written article (1,500–4,000 words), internal linking strategy, meta title + description, and on-page SEO markup. We also submit to Google Search Console for indexing after every article.
Do you offer CRM and funnel setup as a service?
Yes. CRM setup, lead capture funnels, Comment-to-DM automation (via ManyChat), email nurture sequences, and full attribution tracking are available as add-on services. We work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, and other major CRM platforms.
Can you run paid ads for me as well?
Yes. We offer paid social advertising management as a service add-on — Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. We specifically recommend running paid as an amplifier to your organic content: promoting your top-performing organic posts with paid budget is significantly more cost-effective than running cold creative.

How long does it take to see results?
Most clients see initial engagement growth in weeks 1–4. Inbound leads from organic content typically start appearing in months 2–3. SEO-driven traffic from blog articles typically builds between months 4–8 depending on domain authority. The compounding effect — where your content library generates passive leads — is fully evident by month 6–12.
Can you guarantee results?
We cannot ethically guarantee specific follower numbers or revenue figures because we don't control the algorithm. What results should I realistically expect in 90 days?

Contracts & Flexibility
Is there a long-term contract?
Our minimum engagement is 3 months. After month 3, all engagements become month-to-month with 30-day written notice to cancel. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts they can't exit — if we're delivering results, you'll want to stay. If we're not, you shouldn't have to.
Can I pause my engagement?
Yes. We offer one free pause per 12-month period (up to 30 days). A pause freezes deliverables and billing. Your content calendar and assets are preserved and ready to reactivate. Additional pauses can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the content quality?
All deliverables include unlimited revisions in the first 7 days after delivery. If you're fundamentally unhappy with the strategic direction, your account manager escalates to a senior strategist within 24 hours. Within the first 30 days, we offer a satisfaction guarantee — if we can't resolve the issue, we'll issue a prorated refund.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. While we have structured service tiers, most client engagements are customized based on platform focus, content volume, and services included. Book a strategy call and we'll propose a package specific to your goals and budget.
Who owns the content you produce?
You own 100% of all content produced. All raw files, finished videos, written articles, scripts, and creative assets are yours in perpetuity. We retain no license to use your content without explicit written permission.

What tools do you use to produce content?
Our production stack includes: CapCut AI and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Runway ML for AI-generated B-roll, ElevenLabs for voiceover when needed, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, and Ahrefs + SurferSEO for written content. All production is AI-assisted and human-reviewed.
Do you need access to my social media accounts?
Yes. For publishing and scheduling, we need admin access to your social accounts. We use each platform's native scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, LinkedIn Creator tools) and/or third-party tools like Buffer. All access is managed through secure credential sharing — never shared passwords in plain text.
How do you handle my account security?
We follow strict security protocols: credentials are stored in encrypted password managers, access is granted via business account roles (not personal logins where possible), and your account manager is the only person with publishing access. We recommend enabling 2FA on all accounts we access.
Do you integrate with my existing CRM?
Yes. We have active integrations with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and most major CRM platforms via Zapier. For custom CRM integrations, we can discuss scope on your strategy call.
Can I get my own analytics dashboard?
Yes. Every client receives a custom reporting dashboard (typically built in Google Looker Studio or Notion) showing: platform-by-platform reach and engagement, follower growth, website traffic from social, lead source attribution, and content performance ranking. Reports are updated monthly with a written commentary from your strategist.
Team & Communication
Who will I be working with?
You'll have a dedicated account manager who is your single point of contact. Behind your account manager is a full team: a senior content strategist, 1–2 video editors, a copywriter, and (if applicable) a CRM operator. You never manage the team — your account manager does that for you.
How do I communicate with the team?
All communication is centralized through a shared Slack channel (or email if you prefer). You'll have async daily visibility into your content calendar and project status. Your account manager responds within 4 business hours. For urgent items, we provide a direct contact method.
How often do I get reports or updates?
You receive: a monthly performance report (in-depth analytics and strategy commentary), a weekly content calendar preview (what's being published next week), and an instant notification when any content goes live. If you prefer a monthly Zoom review call with your strategist, that's included.
What's your response time for feedback requests?
Routine feedback requests (script revisions, content calendar updates) are actioned within 1–2 business days. Urgent requests are handled within 4 business hours during standard business hours (9am–6pm EST, Monday–Friday).
What happens if my account manager leaves?
We have a structured offboarding process that ensures a seamless transition: a minimum 2-week handover period with full project documentation, introduction to your new manager, and no disruption to your publishing schedule.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with clients across North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. All communication and deliverables are in English. For clients in non-English markets, we can discuss local language content support on a case-by-case basis.
