Local service businesses with high lifetime customer values are uniquely suited to short-form video. A new patient booking a single comprehensive treatment plan generates $3,000β$8,000 in revenue. Even 10 organic bookings per month from content would justify a full content budget.

We built a 4-week content calendar centered around: patient FAQs, procedure explainers, trust-building office tours, and before/after smile transformations (with consent). Published 3Γ weekly across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and a refreshed Google Business profile. Implemented a Comment-to-DM automation for anyone asking about pricing or appointments.
β The Result
Month 1: 12 new organic bookings. Month 2: 28. Month 3: 47 β a 280% increase from baseline. Google Ads budget reduced to $1,000/month. Total acquisition cost dropped from $340 to $62 per patient.
